I recommend Dynamic Auto Painter from Mediachance. It is a stand alone program that paints while you watch. It has different presets like Monet, Cezanne , Klimt, Benson, Camille, Watercolor, Wet Watercolor, Illustration. I bought this software to paint my photos.
