Help with PSP 10 Plugins

I have followed some instructions to build the folder under Documents and Settings, My Name, My Documents, My Psp Files, plugins

In File location I tell it to go there.

If I do this the lst time, I have the plugins and I can work with them.

But as soon as I close down psp and bring it back up, it does not show me the plugins, I have to go to File Location again and set it up to see them in this folder.

Are these like fonts and you have to do certain steps to use them????

and I got it from here, needed a patch to update to 10.03, I had 10.02.
It now works.
