What plugin can I use to remove braces from teeth and leave the teeth in tact behind the braces. In other words is there a plugin that can magically eliminate the braces?

You will have to experiment with different techniques. As with many other image editing tasks there is no magical solution for this task. It means hard work.

The Clone Brush is probably your best friend for this task.
