Vista 64 bit PSP 9 Harrys Plugins

I have tried and tried to apply the 3.1 plugin for harry on my Sally computer

my psp is not fining it 3.0 work but I cant get 3.1 to work

What am I doing wrong? If other peeps can do it on there 64 what is wrong with me

Please copy HarrysFilters301.8bf to the same folder as HarrysFilters3.8bf. That should do it.

okay I got it and wanted to pass this along.
I tried what you said then someone came along and said
"it is in a drop down called "the plugin site" go figure. It was in harry last time. Just a heads up everyone!.....
