Importing from Photo/Graphic Edges INTO a Premiere Time Line

I just installed the Auto FX Photo/Graphic Edges onto my WinXP computer.....I can't figure out how to save so I can then import the final creation onto my Adobe Premiere Time Line...there Manual doesn't mention this....Any help would be great....I'm a newbie to computers (i ususally just shoot) so be gentle with me..thanks
