Missing DLL file

Post by Allen-H »

I have just installed Photoshop CS2 on my laptop and when I open the programme it tells me that the file M200twn Dll is missing. Although I have downlaoded this Dll file I am unable to install it Windows Vista refuses to allow the install. Any suggestions appreciated

Please try copying the dll into the SysWOW64 folder of the Windows folder instead of the Systems32 folder.

Hi Harald, I have searched the whole of my computer for the folder SysWOW64 but that folder does not exist anywhere

Well, then you have the 32bit version of Vista installed and not the 64bit one. Then I have no other idea either.

OOPS, iT MAY BE OPERATOR ERROR. I tried again today to put the missing dll into system 32 and it worked for some reason. I am not 100% sure but I think I may have been trying to install a zipped file.
