Bulging an image

Hello. I am trying to get an image into the TV frame so it appears that the landscape picture is on the TV. Is it possible to get the image to bende to the shape of the TV frame? See the attachment below!

You mean like this? If so the best way to do it is to start with your back ground picture Example your desert background, then paste your T.V image over the top of the back ground, allowing you to manipulate the background so that it fits with out working on the same layer. Hope this helps
