Photo contest--clarification about the new rules

The original rules for the Best Photo Composition contest stated:

"You need to use objects from at least two photos...sic...Special effects are allowed, if they don't dominate the image. "

The new rules state:

"The image should be at least composed of objects from at least two photos or should have special effects applied to it."

Should that read as follows?

The image should be at least composed of objects from at least two photos and should have special effects applied to it.

I'd appreciate clarification on this.

Thank you.

No, it should be "or" and not "and". Just as it is written.

Almost anything that isn't a plain photo and isn't entirely computer generated will be accepted. The purpose of the change was to make the definition much wider.

Thank you
