Regards the size of photo to be submitted to contest, I know what the rules say. When I size the photo to required size it shows as 156k when closed on desktop. Viewing the actual image its size shows as 3" x2.25" and the image size shows as 103k and resolution is 72.
What I have for submission size seems far, far away from the 800pixels x 600 pixels shown on rules page.
My photo looks like a dwarf.
What am I missing??

If the image is 156K large, that's not a big problem. We can live with the additional 6K. I don't know how you viewed the image, so I have no idea what the problem is. Just submit the image to the contest gallery. If it is too large, I will resize it myself.
