Why don't 8bf plug-ins work with CS3
I have a free plug-in that was created with FilterFactory. It worked untill I had to reload all of my software onto a newer computer. I Upgraded to Windows 7 64 Bit and Photoshop CS 3 . Now some of my other 8bf files also no longer work. The free one that I'm referencing is very short and not compli...

Re: Need Color Selection that is more precise
:D Sorry you didn't have any other recommendations. Yes, I tried both (I always use Plugin Site software, I have them all.) as they are the most intuitive and easier to use than most others. In addition they usually do a better job. On One, Genuine Fractals and almost all other commercial software p...

Re: Need Color Selection that is more precise
I have several old plug-ins that are supposed to do this but even the sample of changing a red dress to blue using Plug-in Site software does not do this. Choosing the red dress of my Great Granddaughter, using this software did not prevent pink flowers also changing. In addition pink portions of th...

Need Color Selection that is more precise
In almost all of the plug-ins for Photoshop, there is not enough precision in color selection. For instance: Selecting a red dress to change to blue, skin tones and pink flowers, In the pictures, also changed are some sky colors . Selecting, color, luminance, contrast denisty for a specific selectio...

Re: Your newest NoiseControl comparison
:D Thanks for the quick reply ! I'm looking forward to my new camera and your new software. In all probability, I will use The Plugin Site NoiseControl for all future adjustments. I use your other software almost exclusively for photo touch up and repairs. I have found that they are the most intuiti...

Your newest NoiseControl comparison
I have been using dfine . It has more than just two sliders and other options and my cost was more than the comparison software listed on the Plugin Site. How does your software compare to my software when using newer high ISO cameras ? I can't test this out my self as I'm saving up to purchase such...

Re: Photo Zoom
Thanks for the usual quick and excellent replies. Genuine Fractals changed a while back and there is no requirements for an intermediary format. Both of these softwares are listed as having been made (better) than previous edition's. I'm always watching for the next best thing to come out, but for n...

RE: Help Files Microsoft quit supporting the older versions of help files but has a file down-load that allows newer versions of windows to read these files. I went to Microsoft's web page and searched for help file or help file reader to find this information for another program that I had. Hope th...

Photo Zoom
The web page shows what appears to be very nice enlargements. As this software does some sharpening, a direct comparison with PhotoShop Bicubic would appear to be some what lacking. Has any one done a comparison with OnOne Genuine Fractals Print Pro? I would like to see two comparisons. In addition ...

Re: Focal Blade 2 Preview Navigation Issue
I have version 201 and am interested in when this upgrade will occure.
I have many old pictures (small in size) that I want to touch up.
I also have this problem of being locked in the upper left corner, is there any idea when this will be updated.

Thanks ! I tried to reinstall them and this time it worked ( can't figure out what I did wrong before) ! I compared FM Morie reducer to Nik Dfine 2.0 and Nik does a better job most of the time. It is more adjustable but there was some pictures that Fred's did a precipitable better job on (ver...

My new computer is up and running. now have installed most of my plugl-ins (but not all as some did not work) . Fred Miranda's Morie actions used to work with Photoshop 7 and Windows XP. However the only one of the many Actions that I purchased from him that I still want doesn't seem to work or is n...

:-? After a couple of years I finally got a good computer but now a software problem. I have Chromasoftware Photographic filters. I no-longer use filters of this sort in-front of my cameras (removing a large bag to carry around). I'm now using CS# 3 (for compatibility with older filters). Every time...

:( Well this is a follow up ! I sent it into the factory for more repairs. I got the computer back from hp and they said they could not confirm my problems but they did find that the hard drive did not have any data on it. That is what I thought ?
After the new board install, windows recovery said there was no formating on the hard drives. The DVDs could not be read on other computers nor the computer with the new board. I always assumed that the secondary hard drive, not having the operating system would be addressable in another computer. I...

Windows 7 64 bit and voyage to oblivion !

The printer, flat bed scanner and film scanner purchased for this computer did not have and will not have required drivers. I waited 6 months and then purchased the newest printer and flat bed scanner that ...
