i try and try....and still not working....

i make the plugins folders...put the dll...and still not workong



(this is on other pc)

I dont not what happend
dont want to do anything
only i can see tha white litle hand when i try to do something (cut or move etc)
HELP ME PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

(i try to unistall..and install again but dint work 2 )
