The other way to do this is (I admit) a bit of a cheat, but it works. Have a look at some of the thousands of PaintShop Pro frames available for free download on the Web right now. You might be able to find something to suit there.

I've just tried to access that site, and it seems to have been removed. Even doing a search on both Dogpile.com & Mamma.com aren't bringing anything up. Thoughts??
