Ahh I see what you mean now...this is under "scripts" not effects!
I took literally what you meant when you said Effects and searched under the "Effects tab" Thanks for that...mystery solved!

Tutorial for Installing Plug-ins to PSP correctly
Simple Tutorials 1 to 3 will simply walk you through the whole process of installing plugins correctly into PSP and setting up file locations and folders!
Tut one is simply the installation of the Dll files.

Installing tubes and Plugins
Your tubes *if they are true Tubes* they must be exported as a tube within the program this would be items similar to those already within the tube folder now. To do this File: Export : Picture Tube Many people call PSP files 'Tubes" this can be confusing! I have an some easy tutorials on Installing...
