Unfortunatly I work on a mac and it doesn't look like they have the photoshop version of flair for Mac. But I can use it for affter effects.

I'm looking for a plugin for photoshop that is like the Affter Effects plugin shine. If your not fimiliar whith that it goes around text and acts as a light shinning from behind the text. Rays of light shine out from the edges of the text. I've seen tutorials on how to make this effect and have done...
