OK. I will look into it. Sorry for the problem. Maybe someone else has had a similar problem. I use FilterMeister as my compiler and Moasic tools works OK on PSP 10 and Photoshop 7. I have a later version: v2.201 that adds a few more help screens and a grid option, but it may not help your problem. ...
