i am after a rain plugin i have looked but the closet i can find is a snow one anyone know where there is one

hi all am new and am seeking some help i downloaded toadies plugins plus
some of the others only problem is i see them in my plugin menu but when i try to use i get the responce unable to load filter may not be installed properly or having missing files can someone assit please
